How do I get started?

Complete our online enrollment form, our intake team will reach out to review your medication list, current supplies and doctors. We handle everything from there. We do ask that you inform your prescribers that you are using Bouvier going forward.

What if my medicine all comes due at different times?

Included with our MedManager service, our intake team works with your insurance to synchronize all your prescriptions to refill the same day of the month. We will maintain that with your prescribers as new medications are added or removed.

What if my medicine changes?

Be sure to remind your doctor or caregiver to Call Bouvier, we will deliver the change in your next card or sooner if it’s urgent.

What if I run out of Refills?

We will contact your doctors in advance and make sure you always have what you need!

Can I use MedManager if I don’t want or need custom packaging?

Yes! You can still take advantage of the other enhanced features (refill management, synchronization services) and have your medicine delivered in vials.

What about my insulin supplies or eye drops or inhalers or lotions, or “as needed” medications?

Your as needed medication will be delivered with your monthly delivery, but you will need to let us know as you use them so we can send more. “Let us know when you are low”. If you have anything that you always take, we can send that automatically for you each month.

What are the costs of the program? Does my insurance cover the enhanced services?

Your copays will remain the same and we accept all major insurances. The MedManager program costs $20 per month which some insurances cover (Fallon Navicare, Senior Whole Health).
