Group Residential Care Services:
- Facility Liaison: your staff’s one call to coordinate delivery schedules, off cycle changes or titrations, responsible for meeting agreed to service levels.
- Medication Administration Program (MAP) Support- one-on-one consultations with our MAP pharmacist and trained staff.
- Custom Medication Administration Records (MAR) emailed or delivered upon request.
- On site audit preparation by pharmacy staff- review of paperwork and medicine in the home.
- Quarterly Service Reviews with Management to review policy or staff changes, predetermined performance measures, coordinate QA requirements or identify additional services needed.
- DDS, DMH, and DPH compliant packaging for use in-home or packaged for time away.
- Onsite services including:
- Immunization Clinics (vaccines administered by certified nurse and pharmacists)
- Drug Administration Training MAP Certified Pharmacist led
- Full Suite of Medical Equipment: Incontinence care, enteral supplies, hospital beds, support surfaces, Wheelchairs, Rehabilitation Equipment, Home Safety Aids.
- Free onsite Diabetic Shoe Fittings by a board certified fitter.
- Full Suite of Respiratory Products and Services including on staff Nurses and Respiratory Therapists for mask fitting and education
- Oxygen, Nebulizers, CPAP, BiPAP, Home Fills, Portable Concentrators
- Free at home sleep testing for qualified residents unable or unwilling to transfer to a sleep lab
- Respiratory Advantage: Same day coordinated delivery of respiratory equipment and medication
